Available for purchase through the “Pass Case” app and website provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Card.

Must be used within 90 days of purchase and valid until March 31, 2026.

The 1-day pass is valid only on the designated day of use. The 2-day pass is valid only on the designated day of use and the following day.
*Valid until 25:00 on the final day of validity (1:00am next day). If you exit the ticket gate at 25:01 (1:01am) or later, regardless of any train delays, the standard fare for the used section will be required separately.

・1-Day Pass: Adults ¥2,000, Children ¥2,000 (elementary school students aged 6 and up)
・2-Day Pass: Adults ¥3,000, Children ¥3,000 (elementary school students aged 6 and up)
・Preschool children aged 6 and under are free.

※Only one person may use each card.
*JR Kyushu allows up to 2 preschool children aged 6 and under per paying adult.
*Sarakura Mountain Cable Car & Slope Car allows up to 1 preschool child aged 6 and under per paying adult.

After selecting the date you will use the pass on the app, you can use the pass by tapping your credit card, prepaid card, or debit card that supports contactless/tap payments on JR Kyushu's contactless payment-enabled devices (automatic ticket gates, pole-type devices, or other supported readers) and on dedicated terminals at each facility.

Within the validity period, there are no restrictions on the number of rides or facility entries. The following cannot be used: expired or lost credit cards, prepaid cards, or debit cards; credit cards, prepaid cards, or debit cards without the contactless payment/tap-to-pay symbol.

You may get on and off the train without restriction, provided travel occurs within the valid period and the designated service area.

Changes can be made up until the day before your selected date of use (23:59).

Refunds are available only before the start of use, regardless of ticket type, through the Pass Case app or website at the customer's request. In such cases, a refund fee of ¥220 per refund transaction will be charged. The settlement date follows the card terms and conditions. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies causing service suspension or facility closure, please do not attempt to process a refund yourself. Instead, contact us via the “Contact Us” menu within the Pass Case app or website. We will verify your ticket status and process a refund if eligible. Refunds are not possible after ticket usage begins (after pressing the “Use” button), regardless of ticket type.

(1) Credit cards, prepaid cards, and debit cards without the contactless payment/tap-to-pay symbol cannot be used.

(2) If you board within JR Kyushu's eligible travel section and disembark outside the eligible travel section, a separate fare will apply for the section outside the eligible travel section. Similarly, if you board outside the eligible travel section and disembark within the eligible travel section, a separate fare will apply for the section outside the eligible travel section.

(3) JR Kyushu may experience delays or suspension of service due to weather or other circumstances.

(4) Participating facilities may close due to weather or other circumstances. Please check each facility's website in advance for closure dates and operating hours.

(5) When using JR Kyushu, you can board and disembark by tapping the credit card, prepaid card, or debit card specified at the time of purchase on the dedicated touch payment device.

(6) No refunds will be issued if you use the participating facilities during the validity period.
